Life Coaching

I work with adult individuals who want to create a meaningful life filled with hope and possibilities. Our sessions will be virtual so we can connect wherever you are! Sessions are 55 minutes at $175/session.

I require 24 hour advance cancellation notice, and will charge $100.00 for no – shows, except in an emergency.

For psychotherapy I am contracted with Tricare West, Premera BC, Lifewise, and First Choice. If I am not contracted with your insurance company, I can give you a monthly statement for you to bill your insurance company directly.

Please note, my typical business hours are Tuesday and Wednesday, 11:30 -7:30. Thursday 11:00-6:00, Friday 12:00-5:00. I will return emails and phone calls between those times.

Telehealth sessions are available for individuals at $175.00 per session.
